Title: Disappointing Experience at Hotel Adamo Our stay at Hotel Adamo left much to be desired. Despite booking two rooms for a two-day stay with all meals included, our experience fell short of expectations. Upon reaching the hotel around 2:30, we were unpleasantly surprised to find that lunch service had ended, despite the official timings extending until 2 pm. The reception desk's unfriendly demeanor added to our initial disappointment. The rooms, while adequate, did not justify the quoted price. The entire property appeared dated, with the TV lacking subscribed channels and remotes relying on malfunctioning cells. Both the TV and AC were of local brands, further diminishing the overall experience. The food quality failed to impress, offering limited options with subpar taste. The prevalence of monkeys on the property, creating frequent disturbances, made ground floor rooms a necessity. Although dinner was accompanied by a Saturday magic show, it didn't compensate for the overall drawbacks. In conclusion, Hotel Adamo proved overpriced, plagued by monkey-related issues, with limited and lackluster food options, and outdated furniture. A stay here might not match your expectations.

Very much costly compare to other same category resorts or hotels. I just checked the rooms and resort personally for stay. Rooms were nice. Location is also nice. I haven't checked in due to high rates, so, I am not known for their Service.

Expensive dining with impressive food quality, but the overall experience at the resort was marred by inexperienced and less courteous staff. The mix of high prices and service drawbacks leaves room for improvement in the overall guest satisfaction.

I was about to give just 2.5, however I would give 1 star for the magic show which was organised the guy really had good skills of his magic tricks. Only the appearance of the rooms and hotel is good. However I didnt like the service's. Food was not so tasty as compared to adamo Village. They charged hell of money just for cold and other beverage if you purchase from the hotel. Food was not as expected very disappointing experience. No activities as mentioned. They don't offer any any tea coffee service in the rooms. Nor they bother to greet there guest with Coffee or tea even after charging a lot.

Just returned with fabulous memories on a girls Gang trip to the resort..clean spacious rooms, tasty vegetables delicacies, prompt and efficient service of staff..The property is large and with various room categories,..housed in various bungalows. a super swimming pool I highly recommend this resort ..for it's excellent location ..total privacy..excellent family and couple getaway.

Full paisa wasool stay... Location, food, rooms, cleanliness, ambience was 10/10 but things needed to look at are 1) There was no wifi present at resort. As there is no network available for Jio in matheran, a wifi connection is a must. 2) Room service took longer time to respond

This was my third stay to Adamo. Each one has given me memories to cherish. The vegetarian gujju food is fingerliking good... just can't decide what to have and what not. The staff is courteous. The environment is peaceful and serene. Want to go back for more.
